Allan Knight

Allan Knight is a graduate student in Computer Science and a long time graduate researcher for CITS. Most recently Allan has been involved with the Technology and Education research initiative working on a Andrew W. Mellon funded grant on Assessing the Pedagogic Implications of Technology in the Classroom. Allan's research interests include: plagiarism detection systems, collaborative technology architectures and automatic multimedia integration. Allan was instrumental in designing the CITS PAIRwise plagiarism detection open source software. Allan's specialties include problem solving, software engineering processes, building environments, OO Analysis & Design, Training, C++, C, Java, PERL, Ruby, TCL, Expect, Linux, Mac, Qt GUI Framework.
